Types of Agitators

Why a Side Entry Tank Mixer?

The Galaxy Process side entry mixer is the most efficient energy converter in a fluid motion. In contrast to jet mixing systems, they do not experience significant energy losses at the pump, in pipes, in bends, or more clearly at jet nozzles. Belt-driven units

These are reinforced flexible HTDR (Power Grip High Torque Drive) antistatic belts for longer service life with a minimum maintenance factor of 1.5. The transmission can be removed as a shop maintenance unit without disturbing the mounting orientation of the motor or the movable coupling halves. The gearbox provides positive oil lubrication for all rotating components, resulting in low noise and maximum heat dissipation. There is no risk of lubrication and overheating errors, which can occur with circulation pumps. All bearings are open cage types with an ISO and ANSI life of more than 44,000 hours.
