High speed disperser is specially designed for high speed dispersion, dissolution and homogenization of material having a low viscosity up to 1000 cps. This advanced dispersion technology produces very high quality products in less time and a much less cost.

The machine is mounted on a central pillar and the head comprising drive with dispersing blade is lifted by the motorized / hydraulic system and lowered. Container mounting brackets are self centering provided with locking devices.

For the high speed of dispersion upper input stirrer with a sawtooth cutting knife / shear plate is provided. The blade is easily removable. Removable cylindrical envelope with a flat bottom / Terri-spherical of corresponding size and the blade is made of 316 SS / SS-304 / MS material.
